I'd say it was the best episode of the show so far. The first one was great too but dragged down by the grounded side story. The Jerry sub-plot in the second episode is the best one they've had.

Also Rick fills in "C-137" for his dimension and "n/a" for Jerry's dimension. Could be a callback to Rick Potion #9.

We may not know what causes them in some cases but we can still see their physical effects on a person's brain. We have a larger understanding of the way headaches work biologically as evidenced by the various extensive medicinal treatments for them and detailed information/classification.
