This. GTA IV actually felt fresh to me when I played The Ballad of Gay Tony (Not so much Lost and the Damned even though it was fun). I think Los Santos needs a true underdog character. Franklin almost was that character but he was rich and living in the hills like 2 hours into the game.

The free games alone you get from Plus are keeping me occupied and BF4 for the PS4 is a nice distraction from the PC version which I primarily play. I like to play the console version because it's much easier to kill everyone thanks to aim assist auto headshotting for me.

Nope, still not in some of the european countries. It comes out next year in here Finland for example and PS4 is not out till next friday. :)
