Winning at Pandemic is always worthy of celebration. Getting a halfway decent victory when you complete Pandemic: Legacy is worthy of a full blown kegger

I imagine that the 10 second coup de grace is more because you stab the thing through the chest and then have to spend 9 seconds trying to get your sword back out
Completing the game at level 14-15 is actually rather impressive, you wouldn't have anyone's last potential which tend to be crazy good (whats that scouts, you want to fully move TWICE in one activation? Snipers that can put the entire reticle of their scope inside a targets eye at over 1500 meters? ok)
Great game, it really nails the feel of the Warhammer setting for all of the factions while still being a high-end Total War game. If there's a fault its that its not always very clear about what strategies are good ideas or explaining some abilities so don't be afraid to save scum in case something suddenly goes…
There should be a remastered version of Valkriya Chronicles on the PS4 which is a great tactical RPG/shooter hybrid. Even better, the prequel comes out next week
huh, I didn't even know you could kill Guardians with anything but arrows. I just avoided them for the longest time till I got up to Akkalla
…but also for the dance in the garters
While not a big fighting game player, the best "tutorials" I've seen are the ones that made it into a mini-game of sorts. A few smaller titles have done this, most relevantly being fate/Unlimited Codes where each character has a series of 'missions' you can go through with different objectives like perform a 15-hit…
That's no excuse for something like Melty Blood: ReAct: Act Cadenza: Ver. B. They apparently never realized that sequels and remakes can have new names and instead just kept slapping subtitles on to the original games name
The ACA also had over 150-some committee meetings and over 100 amendments proposed by Republicans. The AHCA has 0 committee meetings and 0 amendments proposed by Democrats
I really hope someone gives Lisa some Valium before tonights game
I don't think so, both dictionary.com ( http://www.dictionary.com/b… ) and the OED ( https://en.oxforddictionari… ) define an ellipsis solely as an omission, one that would go unnoticed in speech. If you look at the examples they give you'll see ellipsis are actually a part of sentence construction, instead of just…
Without the multiple choice I'm not sure the Odd Couple would really be that easy, because who the hell remembers the Matthew Perry version was even a thing?
No, Aemon only had one for himself and for each of his two sisters. The books especially make a connection between Aemon's and Dany's dragons being mirrors of each other
"I mean, the dragons have gotten hurt before with lances and arrows. They aren't going to be able to take out a whole army."
Its also not even a movie you would associate with her in the same way as Some Like it Hot or The Seven Year Itch
After that debacle yesterday it was nice seeing a much more competitive game even if it did turn into a runaway
One of them has a manbun, way to continue setting unrealistic expectations of appearance
Damn, I'm happy just to score in the 2000s, you must need a ton of luck to pull this off
two were wrong, one didn't answer. That whole Japanese category was way too messy when it pointedly said it wanted the simplest answers to each clue
