Yes, actually the RPG will take out the Striker, as a direct hit to the tires will ignite them and the hydrostatic fluid. But then the Striker will often kill it’s electronics operator when it crashes, which is happing too often.

An RPG-7 won’t do much to a tank, and RPG-29 will. It’s knocked out a Challenger 2 from the front, and several Abrams from the sides.

A tandem-warhead RPG like the 27-32 would do pretty well against either.
