How about keeping bugs off the OUTSIDE of the car? My car seems to be infested with these tiny ants...the other day I went out there were hundreds of them on my white car. I had to go somewhere about 40 miles away, but the highway speeds only made them hide a bit...then I went through a carwash and a while later they

Bonus points for using a Honda Hawk GT in the header photo...a bike I have wanted since it first came out when I was 17, and seemed to fit a wide variety of riders pretty well. Sadly, it isn’t in the list of bikes on the Ergo site. Oh well. Ah, found it...listed as NT 650. Cool!

“All input is error” is just a fundamentally stupid thing to say. It’s only possibly slightly true in the most specific and unique closed systems, or for very specific automated processes. It’s such a rare thing that I can’t even think of a decent example...and I keep stumbling on the word ‘input’, because it is such

The problem is you can’t just mandate an entirely different chassis or platform for just one race...you’re basically saying you want a different racing series, which already exist anyway.

While a lot of folks hardly drove at all, or drove a lot less, there were a whole LOT of people who have really acted like this whole thing was, and is, not happening...I would imagine they were also driving less, but a whole lot more than those of us who did lock down.

$55k for the dubious ‘pleasure’ of experiencing a KIA dealership...I’ll pass, thanks. I had looked at the Stinger in its first year and, while quite nice, it wasn’t really THAT nice (I drove up in a 2 year old Audi A5)...but the salespeople were truly gawdawful. I had accompanied a friend who shopped the...whatever

As always on BaT, the Comments made for excellent reading...the very first one (apparently a Road & Track subscriber) was someone wanting to buy the collection to put in their carriage house with their three Jags. Seriously, though, this looked like a pretty amazing collection...there aren’t too many automotive

Do you know when these are actually going to hit the showrooms?

Part of me wishes this BusinessF1 story were a joke, because then it might be kind of funny. But I don’t actually think it is. I think this is a legitimate story intended to serve some sort of legitimate purpose. I just can’t imagine what that purpose is.”

I can see how a period at the end of a short statement, or ludicrously short statement, like “No.” or “Ok.” might be able to be interpreted as aggressive, or ‘pointed’....but on longer sentences it just signifies that you are done. I have actually, when I’ve neglected to end with a period, had people reply “And...?”

Most of the cars I’ve bought over the past...aw, crap...three decades, require premium. Those that didn’t I still filled with premium because my brain is stuck on ‘fill it super, please’, but also because back in the day, the higher grades had more of the detergents and other stuff that late ‘80s fuel injection kind

Who the hell nukes leftover pizza?!?! That’s a hangin’ offense in these parts. While I tend to prefer it cold, that obviously doesn’t work for all pizza types. What DOES work for all of them is to throw them on a foil covered small tray in the toaster oven at 350 for like 10 minutes or so (I usually put it right in,

The one posted today on that Subreddit is even worse, if only a static image. Rolls-Royce rear-ended a Lamborghini Urus. Ouch. Of course, the caption is often the best part...”Ass-eating scene goes wrong”. Yup.

Stability control...ESP, or whatever it is called on your brand vehicle. With the caveat that it MUST be switchable (able to be turned off). It is incredibly handy in foul weather, especially around blind curves when you come upon a problem surface with no warning (or in same blind curve and you encounter some idiot

This is going to sound crazy, but Nissan might sell more cars if they didn’t all (well, mostly) suck. You need more than one decent ride to carry a brand. Ask Mitsubishi.

I was going to say, “No...country, or at least Rockabilly.” But then I realized Bon Jovi kind of IS hair-metal...but then I realized that would only work if it was an IROC-Z or a Trans Am...so, yeah, I’ll go with Rockabilly.

Two really interesting things about this car...the design/styling is obviously quite different than stock (primarily the nose) but they managed to make it still obvious that it was a Corvette. I personally didn’t like it, but I always did respect that they took that amount of care to keep the ‘Vette identity.

Always a good idea to keep your sunscreen in the cooler anyway...when you are baking out on the beach, rubbing some chilled sunscreen on is rather comforting! That was why my mom did it back in the 70s-80s when sunscreens were essentially useless anyway.

Wow...there are a lot of simpler games I’d love to see with enhanced graphics and better control. Some of my favorites from Intellivision, like Football, Baseball, or Auto Racing, certainly. California Games from the C64 (Atari Lynx version would have similar controls, as that had a gamepad like feel). A bunch of

Underbody lights. I would never do it as I don’t like to draw attention to myself, especially the attention of our friends on the Blue Line...but on the right car, installed correctly, and in the right color these things can look SO cool. A bit cheesy, and very F&F early 2000's poseur...but neat looking, nonetheless!
