And seriously always fill out the tank even if the one gas station at Death Valley is awfully expensive.

Completely related to my initial assessment. People bought a game, that came in a box, that was a buggy mess. And they couldn’t fix that easily.

Internet access was far from universal in 1996, plenty of people who got the game and couldn’t easily update it.

It was also a Gigantic Buggy Mess to the point where the released version couldn't be finished (and that was before downloadable software updates were really a thing).

FWIW there's a CDL-Lite in the EU for vehicles between 3.5 and 7.5 tons which is not too hard to get compared to a regular big rig license.

And as far as the execs are concerned, it’s not like they actually have to _live_ there. They’ll just own a place around for tax purposes and show up at a number of official events but it’s not like anyone actually checks how long they spend at any given area.

The C suite cannot fail, it can only be failed.

After having to stop playing Genshin cold turkey last September I realized that my problem with F2P games isn’t the money —I am naturally quite cheap and thankfully in a position where any gaming expenses short of hardcore whaling are a rounding error in my budget—

I got mine in the middle of the Delta wave from Florida, as tempting as the road trip would have been I erred on the side of caution and had it delivered to CA.

I guess you could always YouTube the remaining bits to get in context?

Them making a fortune with DLC skins you know 😅

The silver lining of having to wait until 2024 is that they’ll have ironed out the kinks with the Euro launch by then.

Technically not out yet but still vehicle most likely to become my first EV.

And even if Mr. Miura himself had continued it, his tone and craft would have kept evolving throughout.

I get the idea but half the time it seems trotted out as a cop out for not bothering to put work on the protagonist character.

I just hate how 90% of the time the protagonist is by far the least interesting part of the game.

I mean it’s a bit like calling Madden games a niche series. The set of people who care about and play them is completely alien to my daily life, but I have no problem admitting that a lot of people buy and play those games.

Uh you were talking about people wanting level 3 chargers at home and I’m quite sure that nope, almost no one cares for that.

So, the VW Golf R R?

Dunno I live in Silicon Valley and been at places where every other person has a Tesla and God do they talk about them all the time. And I’ve never heard of any of those people having or wanting a level 3 charger.
