@witeowl: If you are driving fast the time you spend in anyone's blind spot is also reduced, and if they turn into you, you will have passed them anyway since you are covering 20ft for every inch that they move.

My cat used to vomit up items of similar appearance. Little did I know how easy it would be to convert them into bath appliances.

@Mark Clark Jr: where do you run? Even 50 miles into the woods you'll find broken glass. Even on Mars you find metal crap stuck in the dust.

@geekender: Not many animals wear pants either...

Kind of circular since talent=needing to work less for the same results. And refuting the correlation of IQ and accomplishment is a straw man. No one assumes that Mozart or Kazparov needed high IQs.

@ecwright3: In some countries income tax returns are public record. Would you accept that as a "fact of life"? On the other hand, if a legislator could take his/her head out of the trough for a minute to write a bill there is no reason we couldn't all have private numbers and real estate transactions by default.

Can't even get their example find-boston code to work...chokes on KEY_META

@lalov1: Class at her library or senior center? Remote desktop for support...

@Jason: If the guest doesn't miss the item, why should the hotel go to the effort of contacting them? Probably 99% of guests would never return to pick it up anyway

@Meocene: I know what you are really asking, and I know that you already know the answer because you have been following me!

@GregH: It's a cheap pointy object that's easy to include, and beats trying to kick out you windshield as your car begins to catch on fire and your doors are wedged shut

@DoylePostumus: The majority is either indifferent or more interested in sensationalism and pandering. A real newspaper would therefore have to charge several thousand dollars for a subscription since its reader base is so small, and would still likely fall into groupthink
