@bookling: They'll probably hide it behind a Turing machine if it proves too useful

@venc: You'll be downloading from Astraweb's servers, and the RIAA is not going to buy astraweb to entrap you. They join torrent swarms and accept the files you are uploading so that they can nail you for distribution. You should probably be careful with exe files, but viruses aren't much of a problem if you keep your

@BraytonAK: The usage of "continental US" is clear, although something like "contiguous US" would be more accurate. We sent you guys up there expecting that you would infiltrate and annex Canada, so really it's your own fault.

@Littell: Please run for office (though my great-grandparents immigrated, so please don't send me back!), because it is impossible to have any national pride when our government is run by people whose only pride is in their own vain selves.

@Terry: If you're really only getting 2.5Mbit for $45, you are being ripped off royally. Many customers pay $20 for 15Mbit (which I assume you have), and which probably costs Comcast $5-10. Basic cable is usually available to anyone for $8, and since you already have service it costs Comcast $0. Oh, and don't forget

As long as you blog about your failures you are a winner.

Doesn't make sense to invest your time and expensive peanut butter into a low-quality dough with transfat

@dieriding: Power settings will probably let you throttle cpu and wifi

@mattycakes: Yeah, it's 50/50 whether it will be the best thing you did or a disaster. If I were you I'd switch again back to engineering. Seriously, no one is going to pay you to read about economics, and as you've found out any course of study at college will instill hate and disgust.

I like etymology in my dictionaries

@Ronan: 1. Think before you buy

Anyone have any easy way to sync subtitles? KMPlayer helps, but seems to require readjustments

@joe.glass: Thank you, sir, for bringing this issue to my attention.

@warsaw_andy: Microsoft sponsors these product placements on LH

@OCEntertainment: Just as with health-insurance Europe does it better! ISPs will monitor your bandwidth, and if you draw more than a few MB, your traffic will be analyzed, and you will be banned from the internet if your behavior is unapproved. Hopefully Obama has time to deliver this change.

@Red_Flag: Microsoft is 1000x worse, and unapologetically so, so I hope you don't use windows. And internet scripts are infinitely more nefarious, so what are you doing here?

@AlainT: windows 7 also runs viruses just fine, and netbooks get cheaper while windows's price stays the same. Any OS other than the abomination that is windows deserves praise
