I respect what Android as a platform has done and where it's going to go, but Google NEEDS to set some standard for how much skinning can be applied. Does it defeat the purpose of Android? A bit. But there are some extremely high end devices like the Galaxy S that can't even get the outdated update froyo.

@JDV28: You missed the point entirely. The user should not have to hack the shit out of their device for an update.

How's LG's update record? I realize that the 2X is their first high end, but the crappy Ally got froyo before the Galaxys so who knows

@Kaiser-Machead: Yeah I kinda want to be as genetically different from my spouse as possible.

@triplecheeseburger: So you would rather not have the option at all? A switch buried in the settings? I don't get your logic.

@The5thElephant: Nobody answers why Apple won't even give you the Option to view it. Your being limited in how your internet works and Apple does not even give the option to turn on flash.

@gnomeholes:Why would you not want the OPTION to view most of the web?

@Canon7D-Fanboy: Perfectly summed up. If I pay 500 bucks for an oversized PMP (which is all tablets)I want it to at least be customizable and vaguely unique. If you buy an iProduct your just 1 in a million.

Airplay isn't really an advantage, you need to pay $100 bucks for the Apple TV. An Advantage is an HDMI port, which can be plugged into any HDTV.

No mention of the Optimus 3D? The tablet is more gimmicky than a regular glasses 3D TV, it's just too small to wear the glasses for an extended period. The Optimus 3D is going to have the Same screen tech as the 3DS, and will pack a Tegra 3D processor

There goes another one. Oh well. Those pics could be a very good meme.

Classic Dell . The ONLY device they have put out in recent memory that's commendable is the 8GB Venue Pro (The 16GB has some serious bugs)

Yahoo commenters are idiots

@PedoDroid: In a way, everyone doing calculations and math are pretty stupid.

You guys are all kidding right? It's a display.

I think we can safely rule out verizon or AT&T getting it, they are both getting the EVO clones (Thunderbolt and Inspire). It will probably be one of countless awesome phones that are sent to die on T-Mobile. It looks like the natural progression of the Nexus 1 (besides the sense)
