I actually spoke with Warren Murphy at a book-signing event a while back, who said that there active interest in reviving Remo Williams as an action hero in the movies. A few months later, Deadline Hollywood published a story that Shane Black had added it to his slate to direct. Perfect director for the material.
I read these books to my kids when I was a 4th grade teacher so I, for one, am very excited to see what they do with the series. I also read An Unfortunate Series of Events to the kids as well, and the first Maximum Ride book.
