Lick that batter Claire…yes, lick it all off…

Is it in all of T.C.'s movie contracts that there must be a scene with him riding a motorcycle?

I saw a comment elsewhere regarding an episode of The Office where Phyllis wanted to dress as Santa Claus?

The bit where she's picking nuts and talking to "papa" slayed me!! The whole thing with the wolf was hilarious!!

May I join the MGH fan club too? She's sooo good in this show!

Sums up ALL "reality" shows for me. I always assumed everyone on the screen was performing and told how to act and react.

I dated one of the prostitutes from "Hook".

"I also want to recognize Marcia Gay Harden, whose performance is really,
really excellent. How she manages to make Diane exude sexuality is
anybody’s guess."

New fan of the show here, now catching up on Hulu Plus. The "Othello" skit slayed me!

I love Spaced! I watch single episodes every once in a while. Favorite scene is when the two roomies pretend to have sex so their landlady believes they are married. If you like that and Black Books, check out "Green Wing".

"One By One" was the original title of the documentary. When it was released on video in the late 70s, it was retitled "The Quick and The Dead". It has been released on DVD as "Champions Forever" (not to be onfused with the boxing films of the same name).

Looks like I'm in for marathon catch-up session. I abandoned the show after the season finale and was not planning on watching it this season, but the reviews here have convinced me to give it another shot (before it gets cancelled). Off to HULU…

HOLY SHIT!!!!!! This is the Holy Grail of racing films!!! I saw Grand Prix when it premiered in LA when I was nine. Saw "One By One" (originally intended to be a documentary about Stewart and teammate Francoise Cevert, but changed after Cevert died at the end of the 73 season) when it premiered in LA when I was 17.

I loved the weird flirting…very sexy. And I really like Jessica Chaffin…really…

Thanks for the correction! was thinking of only at the beginning. How could I have forgotten Esposito!!

Makes "Homicide: Life On The Streets" even more significant for having three African-Americans in the regular cast.

I loved the chase scene in and around the kitchen. Watching the raptors slide and trip…little details like that made them far more "real" and allowed the viewer to get into the scene.

When I heard the character of Coach was coming back I was concerned that it would be at the expense of Winston. Guest status, no problem, this week's episode was funny (though Tye Diggs was funnier IMO). But please, that character was dropped after the first episode, let he remain dropped.

I channeled my existential fear of nuclear war into researching the nuclear weapons industry…history, design, manufacturing etc. Fascinating stuff. What might have been accomplished with the amount of money, energy, and thought that went into it all.

Just finished watching it. Outstanding!
