How beneficial is the screen reader for cinematics? I know it will be beneficial for descriptions of the scenes, but what about the gameplay bits in between the cinematics?

I think the whole Texas being on the side of the Confederacy had more to do with the delay in Emancipation than the slow pace of news travelling.
