My question is that while there aren't always happy endings, why didn't they make one of the endings happy? I thought these games were about choice. They made it seem like no matter what you did, all the endings were going to end up sh*tty. And the good ending that I got was the least sh*tty of them all.

Why would I pay that much for what is essentially a G'Z one Commando?

If you want to get the full grasp of what's going on then yes playing 2 is recommended. Brotherhood was good but I couldn't bring myself to stomaching more than 2 hours of revelations. Sick of the annualization of games......

I think this is the first game I ever played back in the day. I will never forget the music on the first level. Mainly because I was 4 and wasn't any good at the game.
