Sounds like I should be good to go on my computers, then. My desktop has a i7-9770K and an RTX 2080 hooked up to a 4K 60Hz display, my laptop has a Ryzen 4900HS and a 1080p 120Hz display. Both have 16GB of RAM. (Generally speaking, it’s been my experience that if the desktop can do 60fps in 4K then the laptop will do

God, I hope it’s the first one.  I love me an open world map full of icons and tasks that have no real bearing on the story. (It probably wouldn’t surprise you to know that I’m a big Assassin’s Creed fan, too.)

I liked Super Paper Mario, but fans weren’t happy even then that they were changing the formula from the original and TTYD. This is why I prefer the Mario and Luigi series over the Paper Mario series, and it’s a shame Partners in Time didn’t get a 3DS remake.  It was the best one, and it’s the only one not to have a

Reminds me of the Neo Geo mini.

You ever buy any of those unlicensed third-party toys from companies like MMC, DX9, or Fans Toys?  I’m working on three different Menasors right now.

This is no Zaku, boy.  No Zaku.

Well, 59 feet is full size, so yeah.  Next one they build needs to have the controls to move it in the actual cockpit.

4K is good.  I’m just saying that HDR makes more of a difference.

Crysis looked amazing when it released, how much of an update does it really need? I should probably stick with the version I already have...

Oh, neat. I’m sure the game’s crappy, but as a Transformers fan it’s still probably cool for $15 bucks.

Honestly, at this point I consider it a win if people have a mask on at all.  While things have opened up and restrictions are being lifted here wearing a mask is still required by the state.  I went to Best Buy over the weekend (my keyboard’s dying and I wanted to actually try typing on a few before committing $100+

You missed the best one.

I think that, rather than being a fault of the list, it just goes to show how many great movies there were in the ‘80s.

OK, but counterpoint- definitely the best AC.

I dunno. I support the games-as-art narrative and think videogames have the ability to tell stories in ways that more passive media like movies, television, and books can’t. But the very fact that they’re not passive means that it takes more effort to consume and my willingness to give that effort is directly tied

Then I guess the Series X is for you.

I’m not upset.  For the consumer (ie, me) it’s a good thing.  Means I don’t have to invest in new hardware.  But I don’t see the logic in spending R&D to make hardware that you sell (usually at a loss) when the one thing that differentiates that hardware from the competition are games that you still don’t need that

In a perfect world everything would be on PC, but I get that console-makers need some incentive for you to not just buy their console, but to buy it instead of (or at least in addition to) their competitors’ consoles.  I don’t really mind or regret buying a PS4 or a Switch, and I’m not sweating buying a PS5.  I just

I loved my Xbox 360, moreso than the PS3 that I bought later just for the PlayStation exclusives.  But I was never big on Halo and Gears, and once Forza started turning up on PC I was stopped playing games on Xbox One (but it’s still my Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Youtube/Blu-ray player in my bedroom).  And when Microsoft
