NO.  In such schools younger children are segregated in classes and bathrooms already.

Why would trans women be at a greater risk than born women in a restroom?  The entire basis of this case is that the fears of assault from mixing genders in bathrooms is unfounded.

It makes the case for kids walking and biking to school stronger.

So, a government agency is actively engaged in their stated mission?  Huh.
