Straight dish soap. Make a ring that will trap them on the floor where they’re coming out of the wall. They can’t climb it. Put more wherever you want to trap them in sections. Put a lot around the baseboards so maybe they’re confined to that room?

I use My Fitness Pal to track calories and nutrition, and it’s been really helpful! There’s a social component if you like to have support, and it syncs to devices.

I hear you. I had two miscarriages last year, and my body has been sort of alien ever since. I had to buy new clothes, all my old stuff that fits still fits a little weird, and no baby. We don’t get the feeling of “I grew a human and that’s amazing, so all these changes are part of that!”

The programs Bernie and AOC push are social democratic policies, but the end goal of the DSA is not social democracy. If this isn’t what they believe, then they shouldn’t claim to be part of the group.

Bernie is a democratic socialist. He’s not a social democrat, which is what we see in Europe. The DSA says on their website:

The dogs should absolutely retire! Their handlers often adopt them, but if you can adopt a trained police dog or one that got cast off during training for having pups or just failing, they’re typically amazing.
