Ah I see. I don’t use Synology, but had heard good things about them. It is very possible you have a bad unit or a bad OS version that did that.

They have Wix, but they are not S&S (unless I get the XP model that is $3 more expensive than the standard model). The standard model is also ~$4 more expensive than the local store I buy them from.
