@showbiz2: the YouTube part on my end would be beneficial. I usually pull 8 minute clips from TopGear or something along those lines. Its nice to throw something like that up on the big screen and now have 2-3 people crowded around my laptop. Though I have lived without it forever, I do see it as a plus. Would I pay

@syncrety: Really? Being someone that supports a 500+ employee business almost by myself for desktop and servers, and its a 50/50 Windows and OSX shop, I am going to have to disagree.

My family "made one" accidentally one year burning leaves in the front yard of my Aunt's house. It's already insane enough to light the leaves on fire in your yard, and then walk around in it with a rake, but adding a firenado to the mix just makes it worse.

@phatnacky: Yes, but completely opposite.

@pete1061: A "WOOSH" for you sir. You deserve it!

@Lodril: Because an MP3 of my conference calls look very different than a pirated copy of a song to a router without actually looking at the packets. Right? Wrong.

For work I have 2 monitors. One is my 15" laptop, the other is a 20" widescreen.

The "I don't need a home" part of that article comes across as I am too cheap to have a house, so I mooch off my friends and sleep on their couch. Oh look at me, I am so cool because I don't have a house.

Waze not making the cut but MapQuest Mobile does? Wow.

@romulus: I have 2 children. One is old enough for a cell phone, and has a cheap one right now. She needs a new one, the battery is pretty worn, and it has issues charging (you plug it in, it says it's charging, but doesn't about once a week, which leaves her with a dead phone one day a week. Randomly) So I have to

@relyk5: I mainly use QR Reader, but have also used Barcodes, i-nigma, BeeTagg Pro and just got Semacode (they want you to create an account, I havenot yet, so not sure how good they are)

My wife came up with a pretty good solution. It does not block the call, but definitely allows you to know that the number calling is not something she she needs to pick up. She uses an iPhone.

@operator207: Wow, that's awesome formatting I got there.

These pretty much sum up Usenet:

@Joshua L Lewis: wearing pink is NOT the same as driving a pink car.

Ya, the Times were right. I didn't finish the article. When the Arthor decided to get really specific with "turn[ing] off the mouse" I lost interest. I kinda need my mouse to do my work. I did not need to hear what made HIM better, I was looking for an article that was a bit more generic.
