Mooney, Beck, Bennett…love what I'm seeing. And I tweeted this before, but that was clearly Mooney giving a shout out to Stefon when he mentioned the hottest club in NY.
And I'm all for Haim coming back to perform on the show THIS year. They killed it on Letterman as well.
I don't recall the final image being one of them walking. It was a shot of them against the wall after the good guys came in. Also, the musical score of this film is fantastic.
I was hoping to see that foul-mouthed Mexican little man again.
And Depeche Mode released the classic "Songs of Faith and Devotion"
Nick Castle as the original "Shape" was the best. And the mask was never quite the same in the sequels. About Zombie's remake, the fear of the unknown in the original is scarier. We don't need his childhood explained. It's more frightening to not really know why it's doing it.
Season #2 had one of the best television villains of all time. Windom Earle. That scene where he and Leo are in a horse costume is just…I don't know.
You can't do an article on Tom Noonan without mentioning "Manhunter."
Samberg bit a classic? It was awful. Please nobody invite him to the next roast unless it's just to make fun of him.
I remember Ebert originally gave it a so-so review, but then later, I believe, changed his mind and considered it one of the "great movies." I've always been a fan of this film. Always.
Why does there need to be humor? Should we bring in Chandler from "Friends" to the story? Or how about that shoe-shine guy from "Police Squad"?
I guess I can break out my old "Free Winona" T-shirt for next week's episode.
"Heaven" is a good song, not dull at all. It's that simple. And who came up with that ridiculous "indie-pop stoners" lead-in?
Right on brother, about the "Lost" ending.
Lots of fun, cringy moments. One that's forgotten (with all the Q-tip, singing, and semen action) was Hannah digging/itching up her ass at the beginning.
