I got maybe 200 pages into The Fountainhead. I was actually quite intrigued by it at first even though I didn't agree with all of the philosophy but by that point I realized it was just going to be restating the same damn points over and over again.

But he also said comics suck at listening to criticism, so while they can say whatever they want, it seems he acknowledged what they say might be awful.

The only movies I've rage-quit (on TV, never ragequit in a theater) were the Nadesico movie (how do they take such a funny TV series and make such a boring movie out of it?) and the Hitchhikers Guide movie (how do they take an even funnier book series and make such a boring movie out of it!?!). I also rage-quit Fight

If you want some advice on where the pearls are in recent anime (going to go with the last couple years, since I don't know how old you are):

Actually Shonen Jump's official target audience is ages 10-20 (the anime adaptations tend to skew younger, so it's more like 8-18 for those). So you get stuff aimed at the younger end of the demographic like Naruto, and then you get stuff aimed at the older end of the demographic like Death Note and Fist of the North

You might want to give Fruits Basket another try. It looks like another cute reverse harem thing, but the darker underbelly of it is incredibly compelling (especially in the manga, which goes further in the story than the anime did). The episode about Momiji's mom is just slightly below Jurassic Bark and Night of the

I'm really annoyed with Bandai Entertainment USA shutting down so now, unless I'm willing to spend money on an HD TV and Blu-Ray player and then on extremely overpriced Blu-Rays, I'm pretty much forced to quit Gundam Unicorn (which was really good).

It was never great, but it started off a passable kids' show with some very likable/relateable (especially if you're in the show's demographic) characters and a couple of genuine "oh no/fuck yeah" moments (I'm thinking the pay-off to the Zabuza arc and the Rock Lee vs. Gaara fight). But yeah, after 100 episodes or so

Mad Love is probably the one to read if you want a good Harley comic.

There's something rather confusing about the knowledge Nick submitted Penguins of Madagascar for an Emmy but not Korra.
