Escaping the man box is my greatest triumph I think. I still have to work for it at times (lots of times) but at least the lid is off the box and I’ve probably got one foot in and one foot out.

Come on folks...get your vaccine! They are plentiful now, and quite frankly, I’m tired of being punished in an attempt to protect folks who are perfectly capable of protecting themselves...and it’s free too!

Think about it as protecting your kid and their classmates. Even when you yourself would not get ill from Delta, catching it at the store or at work and bringing it home to your child could be catastrophic.

I never stopped wearing one anyway. Honestly, this thing is never going to go away unless a lot more people get vaccinated. Period.

You should always wear a mask inside a school until under 12s are vaccinated no matter the community transmission rate. People who are vaccinated can and have spread the virus to the unvaccinated. 

A lot of us? EVERYONE should be wearing facemasks for their own health and that of EVERYONE else. Don’t know who said people shouldn’t, but at least in my country, people are informed facemasks are mandatory until (and only until) the pandemic is over.

That is probably the best suggestion on the page, but I think it will need white bread toast.  I’m not normally fond of toast but with the tomato and bacon...

Kimchi, hands down, because spicy peanut is the best peanut.

Peanut butter and sliced garden tomato sandwiches, seasoned with salt and pepper, are a summer guilty pleasure.

Included in the “everything that happened” is that kids have died. Toddlers have died. Babies have died. At a much lower rate than adults, but the numbers are not zero. It’s hard to gauge the real numbers, because some states where deaths are high have stopped reporting the numbers.

I have found (at least at work) if im wearing a mask, people will turn around and walk away, or put on a mask before the walk over to talk to me. so I guess either way its win-win.
