I had a friend randomly pass out and fall over once. We called an ambulance and the EMTs declared him perfectly okay after giving him the once-over. They explained that on top of being overheated and dehydrated, he had probably locked his knees so blood circulation was restricted. I wonder if it was a pretty similar…
