Hehe, later on my first PC (an XT) i had QBasic 4.5, i made a 2d, turn based space combat game with some ai in it. Now i’m on Linux, i’m thinking about teaching myself Python. There are lots of opensource IDKs out there with very good tutorials, good times!

We had an non-mandatory course at school called ‘informatica’, where they would teach you BASIC, loved it, with the peeks and pokes and all... Quickly started making simple games that would be stored on cassette...
