God Eater was good and all, but it pales in comparison to Monster Hunter in just about every way but the story. I'm looking forward to checking out God Eater 2 eventually, but in the mean time, I'm completely content with Monster Hunter 4, Bravely Default: For the Sequel, and Soul Sacrifice.
