Dear Jezzies - I'm trying to keep to a low-fat diet because of gallbladder issues. On one hand, it's much better for me. On the other hand, I'm a total cheese, dairy and meat person. I'd always rather have a cheeseburger than ice cream. Do you all have any low-fat recipes or suggestions?

Hey Aria - I actually have a carbon monoxide detector - I think my home inspection required it. So I think I'm OK there. It does sound like you have the pretty classic migraines!

I went to both eye doctor and I'm a dentist regular ;) 20/20 baby!

See that line right there - "I dunno, he just lacks motivation or just not disciplined enough." Honestly, if I were dating you and you said that, I'd be out of there. There is so much blame and shame in that statement that it would send me off the eating wagon.

How did you find out that it was a compression? Did you have to have surgery? Or was there a PT that was helpful?

I don't know what other tests I could have done at this point. I was thinking acupuncture. But I don't know if that would help either..

Topamax didn't work. They don't feel like migraines, which are more waves of pain followed by vomiting.

I'm a fatty and the only time I ever actually lost weight was when I was with a supportive and loving partner who did NOT put pressure on me to lose weight. I lost almost 100 pounds.

I've had migraines since I was little - like 10. I get those once a month or so, or with certain triggers like perfume or weather.

I've never been to one. Can you tell me how to find a good one, and what to expect?

Can I just say I have headaches every single day? I've been tested up the wazoo. They can't find anything. They drive me crazy and get in the way of my good time. I've tried a number of drugs to no avail, the doc is trying me on Amitriptyline. Any thoughts?

London is so fantastic and there is so much to see, it might be worth to actually take one of the Big Bus tours just to do a quick go-round. I loved the Tower of London and Picadilly Circus and - if you're there on a weekend - that big flea market. I am now blanking on the name. Also, if you're feeling brave one

Here's a little sad but happy story - this little boy's Make-A-Wish was to be Electron Boy for a day. So many people in Seattle worked together to make it happen. He died today, but seeing how people brought their superpowers together for good (and how awesome are his foster parents?) still melts the bitter a

that's what credit cards are for. Bills aren't unexpected. Post it again.

Find yourself a good tailor! Seriously I have the same problem with my pants. I always have to get a size or two larger and then have the waist taken in.

As a fat girl, I want to like this show. But last week's show pretty much confirmed what I've experienced in life - that men just aren't attracted to large women except for a quickie. It was so depressing. I live that life. I don't need to see it on tv.

This is going to sound dorky, but if you smile, they can hear it over the phone. Remember to do your homework and have some educated questions to ask them. If you know whom you're interviewing, check out their resume and recent work and cite it. .. I noticed you did XX and YY. Believe me when I say most people

Dear Flaky - I am so sorry. It's going to be really hard for a long time. Do what you can to take care of yourself and your family. I hope you get some answers.

I am so sorry you're going through all of this at once. As far as being a beautiful bubble? Well, those pop. There is something to be said about acknowledging the cloud and not just focusing on the silver lining. Sometimes things just suck.

I actually am driving from D.C. on Sunday. I'm not happy.
