I got into it with a Stein supporter who tried to say that Hillary won’t be good for the LGBT community at all. She also kept saying "no one likes Hillary" (not true) and refused to acknowledge the sexism at play in this cycle. It was terrifying.

It’s overwhelming how much wrong can be contained in just one comment.

I know a couple that was so into their courting emails that they made a blog of them. They’re both great people! But man were they ever blinded by their own infatuation.

They are missing such a big opportunity to make this a special event by doing stuff like this. How do they not see that? These people are idiots.

I have long wondered this. And while we're at it, how about Sunday Night Movies? One of my favorite things growing up. Or even just regular programming on the weekends? Now weekend afternoons are all paid programming. It's awful.

These policies are rarely “just” parental leave. They are generally part of some broader “go take care of your family” leave. So, yes, childless person, you can go take leave for other important things. Like, partner is going through chemo! Mandatory time off. Mom has Alzheimers! Mandatory time off.
