Yeah, no, you lost the argument the moment you decided that you’d lash out at Emma Handy. Go get a life.

Alright, how’s this? You dictate that your money goes towards manufacturing weapons for foreign nations, and I’ll dictate that mine goes towards Planned Parenthood and other programs that aid people who do not have other health options open to them. Because I’m objecting to your dictating that my taxes cannot go

Partial birth abortion is illegal. Please try to find some actual arguments, rather than repeating bullshit.

No, it was targeting a very narrow definition of “gamer,” something that a lot of people failed to notice.

VRCade?

There, I’d argue that people who limit the term “gamer” to exclude people who play games for fun are terrible people, so their self-applied appellation does work with that logical construct.

So your argument is “if you say you play a game, that doesn’t make you a gamer.” I argue the following: “if you play a game for fun, you are a gamer.” Your ability to find common ground with people in a pasttime as diverse as gaming is more down to personal choice, not whether someone is a game.

Not that good at Tetris, eh?

fite me ya neon nubs

You aren’t looking at the relative power levels, here. You have several armed and armored teams fighting each other as well as fighting a large team without that advantage, only wits and coordination.

I played with the entire series, right up until they started losing coherency (around UFO/Roboforce), but I maintain that Blacktron was one of the best series simply because of the black faceplates (putting Ice Planet at a close second, between their visored faceplates and chainsaws).

Your situation means squat, you are not entitled to anything. If you choose not to work, that’s not an excuse that gets you a free pass to free games. You either do what you can to get a decent job or go without.

Simple, have it be goal-oriented. Individual/teams of humans compete to reach a goal that only drops towards the end of the match. Zombies win if nobody attains the goal. The goal could be, say, a helicopter.

So, that makes you both someone with no empathy for others AND with no ambition or drive. What a petty individual you are.

Classic Blacktron for life!

I’d personally be happy if, say, Steam came out with a set currency that could be used for in and out of game purchases across the platform.

The currency thing is probably to reduce headaches involving different currencies and a wide variety of small products, as well as allowing fractional currency sales.

It’s pretty much the same as suggesting that everyone who dresses like a “thug” is a criminal, however. Style does not indicate character.

I fail to see how Mario characters playing a fairly standard platformer in their series but in a diorama compares to making an RPG in a world where every character is literally two-dimensional. It’s a cute aesthetic, but even aesthetically it’s nowhere near Paper Mario.

First, they stipulated that people can’t duplicate mods or “steal” ideas. It’s part of the rules of participation.
