I didn’t play 76 until after that expansion that finally added NPCs came out, i’m glad I picked the game up dirt cheap on Ebay(it was hilarious how fast the price went down after launch) and I had fun with it, but that game was rushed out way too fast and felt like it should’ve launched with NPCs to begin with.
