The SS wheels I have on my 2003 Silverado were $1100 EACH (though I paid only $800 for the set). Add a $150 tire to each one and you’re talking serious cash. You must buy cheap shit wheels if you think that total is unrealistic. Factory wheels have always cost a lot of money.

Those tires are in no way ran with 50 PSI. I don’t know who told you that but they are completely full of shit. They run those tires damn near flat to try and get some spring rate in the car and there is absolutely no way that they run 50 PSI and look almost flat.
