I’m no doctor but that reaction is based on the brain’s response to suffering a traumatic injury and the resulting shock of realizing you have to have surgery in Brazil.

Seriously, there should be one permanent Olympics locale for Winter and Summer. All competing nations would have to contribute to upkeep, but it would be far less than the costs of building all this shit every 4 years.
You could be best friends. All the pizza for you?!?
August is gross. Pictures of feet are gross.
Everytime I see a picture of Pitbull, I can’t help but think of
No, Chelsea is right.
I don’t know who Chelsea Peretti is but we can’t be friends.
Try it! It’s super fun. I’ve also never in my life heard of anyone getting seasick from SUP. Kneeling is the “safe position” for when it gets choppy and you don’t want to fall off your board.
Naked swimming can feel amazing. But naked paddle boarding? I’m surprised my girl Katy didn’t mind seeing her bf’s junk flapping in the breeze. Blech, no matter how hot the guy.
Right? My early miscarriages were flushed. Or I guess I could say “buried at sea.” And I had 3 early miscarriages. I can’t imagine having to pay for burial or cremation for what looks very similar to a very heavy period.
And you can't go pee just in case you accidentally flush baby parts! They’ve been taught that a 6 weeker looks like a perfectly formed baby and assume it will pop out that way. Lord, even my 12 week loss didn’t look like that since the baby stopped developing at 5 weeks and then spent 7 just hanging out in there…
Interesting how these are the same folks who are always complaining about government over reach.
The rules will ensure that the bodies of aborted babies are treated with the respect they deserve and are no longer callously treated like medical waste and disposed of by grinding and discharging into a sanitary sewer system.
So it’s a human being enough to require the woman to carry the pregnancy to term but not human enough to have a soul? What sort of fuckery is that? And even if the priest isn’t sure, the least he could do is provide a little comfort to the family and let them know that their baby is in heaven.
Given that like 20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage, plus the ones that end in abortion, the funeral business is most likely not ready to handle millions of new customers every year. If they even knew what to do with those types of remains!
You think they want to deal with miscarried tissue that was fished out of a toilet or a pad? WTF are they supposed to do with that?
So I’m remembering my miscarriage. I was three months along. I bled for three days. If this law went into effect, I would have had to save every single stinking, clotted, soaked-through menstrual pad I wore for those days on the off chance that some of the fetal tissue was in that welter. I was physically exhausted…
I’m honestly kind of surprised that funeral services companies are against this measure; you’d think they would stand to make a lot more money from providing services for fetuses. I think it kind of speaks as to just how stupid this kind of measure is— if the people who stand to make money from it are against it, you…
Again with this whole lawmakers need to “understand basic biology” thing. Most miscarriages and abortions happen before there’s anything to bury. Typically its just tissue, much like a period or tissue from any other gynecological surgery.
