I'm sick of those indie wtf sci-fi cartoons. You can get used to the weird animation and humor is quite enjoyable but the extreme absurdity is starting to annoy.

I've learned about Echoes before Falling Skies but it took too long to make it and after introducing Volm in FS it's kind of pointless to make another show with two alien species making earth their battlefield.

It's more like o different season. not spinoff. You can't call it different show if EVERYTHING is the same. It's like saying Supernatural has spinoffs and not different seasons just because characters mature.
