If it's anything like the couple of pirate NES carts I've got, the 82 is a big 'ol lie. Most of them are probably different names they made up for the same handful of games. Or they call it a new game, but it just starts you on a higher stage in a game it already has listed.
Everyone I've ever played multiplayer Mario games with has shared a universal hatred for Toad. Any time there's only three players and a cpu character is needed, it's ALWAYS Toad that's picked. Because Toad cheats. And it's fun to bitch about. :-P
