I went to a weed cafe here in Toronto where people sit on the patio in warm weather and smoke. The *staff* were annoying as hell because they were also high - try trying to get served a coffee and a sandwich by several baked 21 year olds. Someone broke a plate and they just stood there staring at it for 30 seconds.

50 Cent’s mother was a lesbian as well, and has mentioned in the past that he wasn’t able to understand it as a little kid (before his mom died). He’s also a supporter of marriage and LGBT equality.

The reveal of that giant pig corpse made me laugh pretty hard - I love how in Mike Judge’s work the fringe misfit characters get their personal victories, even if it’s a little dubious as to how they get there. Like Milton and ‘Jump to Conclusions’ guy in Office Space, Jian Yang gets his.

I always wanted to work in an arts field and to be able to love my job and be internally fulfilled. It was a huge priority for me after working for many years in very low paying service work, from a family with no money and being unable to have anything after my very modest bills were paid and hating myself for it.

Now playing

I find Dan Brown’s Dead Mall Series on youtube has that profound effect on me - i actually cried over a video of him walking through a Kmart the last day it was open.

You mean the movie ‘Mother’ is not an allegory for the Bible, but is really based off of ‘A Cat in The Hat’?? You must’ve *hated* that movie.

I had a similar take to Pepe Le Pew as a little kid. It was the only sketch I hated from Looney Tunes, it gave me the legit creeps, even at the age of 6. LEAVE THE CAT ALONE, YOU’RE SCARING HER

In Canada, for example, our butter tarts come from one of these cookbooks:

Oh yes, thank you!

Similar to wealthy people who open restaurants. At one point I cooked in one fine dining establishment run by two very stressed out guys with money. It’s like, just for the excuse to tell people that the place is yours and the thrill of having multiple people serve you during your private parties - is it truly worth

I’m Canadian (female), and if it were myself, i’d definitely get the Grim Reaper’s head, mouth open as if screaming, holding the ace of spades, but instead of the spade, i would make it a black maple leaf.

Is it my imagintation or did JNCO do a crossover line with Vetements, or is my mind just naturally going there?

I’m adopted and my parents couldn’t have kids. It took 7 years of interviews, money and waiting to adopt and trust me, my folks are truely the church-going, never swearing or drinking types.

I actually quite like Coke Zero, while I really can’t stand Diet Coke. I was excited to try Coke Zero Cherry but was disappointed that it was *very* bad. Undrinkable, second only to Zevia Cherry Cola (which was akin to cleaning fluid).

I find wind farms absolutely fascinating - there is a large one whenever I drive out to Grand Bend here in Ontario.

I love that practically the only one really smiling big is Paul Rudd.

Your dad sounds awesome.

I watched this in front of my grandmother. She didn’t do/say anything during this part but i was totally mortified, at the age of 8. Swearing in front of my very polite and formal grandma, even if it wasn’t me, was a huge NO.

This makes me just miss early 90s r&b/hip hop, it’s got elements of like 4 90s songs in one. I just want to listen to ‘Twisted’ by Keith Sweat now.
