I thought a lot of Louie from pretty much the get-go — it was always pretty clear to me that, beyond being really, really funny, Louis CK had ideas about what to do and how to do them.  And that's pretty rare, I think — the having ideas and the making the ideas happen — and it's especially rare in the half-hour comedy

Yeah, I'm pretty glad I didn't watch this shit.  But it does strengthen the case for the following:
