It looks to me like there are 2 entries (in positions 03A and 03B) both of which are tagged with a “*”, are as “hard” of a break as the one that ends the show (in position 06A)... Specifically, the “*”, refers to the notation stating “Network elements within this break cannot be altered from this configuration”...
