I have RA that I still struggle with occasionally. It just occurred to me that I prefer to take narcotics over cutting gluten out of my diet (which really helped my sister with her autoimmune disorder.)

My mom went through it in 2014.

Diet, yoga, etc really helped my mom handle the pain from the cancer and the side effects from the treatments.
