I don’t know about that, but you definitely have to be above reproach from a work standpoint. You’ll get labeled as a trouble-maker and they’ll start documenting every little thing to justify firing you.

I’ve actually faced a fair amount of discrimination for being young. But there isn’t any protection for that.
