Nah, it's the Carrera 4/4S' flared fenders. The Turbo's has holes for the intercooler(?).

To be fair, the GT3 has a big wing on the back, the 50th with all that badging and Fuchs wheels, and the sheer coolness of the GTS. Otherwise, they're just plain old 911s (except the GT3).
