Does literally nothing for 35$ and is a completely optional buy and is better than “90% of trash dlc”. Yet the vast majority of DLC is also optional and cheaper.

This has a feel akin to the first half of the RE series which is great. The series gained fame thanks to those games for a reason. RE4 was still solid but the series lost its way after that (though I’ll love RE5 til the day I die because that co-op play was so fun).

The crap the didn’t agree with at least makes a lot of sense. A weird molesty/forced marriage quest that has the player do some odd stuff for a scumbag sounds like something I wouldn’t mind losing. The Flash is able to speed himself up to really high speeds. The Reverse Flash is supposed to be the opposite. He slows down everything around him in order to be faster than everyone else. For DLC? They already got plenty of playtime from the game. Going forward their version just wont be supported. They don’t have to buy another copy just like they don’t have to buy this DLC. I got over 100 hours out of the base game alone. I could walk away from it forever and be satisfied.

This sounds like great news. If they’re not held back by last gen systems then it means they can do more with every aspect of the game going forward and not worry about older consoles not being able to run a certain feature smoothly. I’m hoping for a big expansion with more keeps.
