The truth is that the “thinking man’s truck” is actually a cargo van…

Commie?

America is at peak “look at anything but my tiny-dick” energy right now, big stupid plastic garbage like this is meant to look tough to hide how afraid its buyers are.

I think it would have looked better if the silver/grey trim around the grille wrapped around the bottom along the bumper. As is, it makes the truck look like it has a comedic mustache.

The point of the Tundra is that it is a thinking man’s full-size truck, or the opposite of a Ram 1500.

So I see that GM and Toyota are facing off in the ugliest grille contest.

I think it needs about 10-15% less... everything.

Careful! If you say that three times Tim Allen gets another movie.

GRANDFATHER CLAUSE

There are a number of Pluto-sized bodies in the solar system. If we make Pluto a planet, then all those other bodies will want to be planets, too.

Fieri is just a figurehead. The real power in Flavortown is the city council.

Exactly. This sort of article is precisely why people don’t understand how science works.

Argh...

What *actually* happened was that in 1807, the astronomers thought that there was 11 planets in our solar system. By 1853, that number of planets increased from 11 to 23. Then, a new definition was created and 15 of those “planets” became known as “asteroids.”

In 1930, when Pluto was discovered, they called it a

No. Solar gravity dominates out to about 100 000 AU. We know of a couple of different “detached objects” with a 500AU-ish orbit, notably Sedna which is slightly larger than Pluto and has a highly elliptical orbit with a perihelion of 75 AU and aphelion of 940 AU.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: You don’t change the number of planets by redefining the word “planet, you do it by blowing one to smithereens

You know, people could just save themselves the trouble of having to rent a car and just drive to Hawaii in their own.

Look, give them a break, they’ve tried nothing and are all out of ideas!

So they’re not encouraging the rental car agencies to go back to normal pricing?
