The saddest part about that is that some of worst parking/manouvering i've ever seen was done by people driving Smarts.

I'd like to say something like this...

I know this car isn't the standard for ALL of mankind, but it has been in the market for an extremely very long time serving a very big chunk of mankind.

The 1991 Mazda 121 would like to have a word with you.

Nissan almost sold the Micra/March over in the US, as a Smart

I'd imagine the Cascada convertible would be a better fit for US tastes, but that one isn't going over either. Or the real Insignia/Regal OPC, the one with the big V6 petrol engine that seems perfect for the US. Nope, not for you America. That would make too much sense.

It's a race car, relax :)

He's just confirmed that he'll be head of VW untill 2107. Or maybe it was 2017... Nope, i'm sure it's 2107.

And yet they do very well in Germanys ADAC...

It's been 20 years. They've moved on. So should you.

Would I buy one? Probably not, because they're probably plagued with the same quality gremlins that Renault suffer from

The 2015 Smart ForTwo / Renault Twingo mule.

Here's a question for you: With the sucess that Dacia is having in Europe ( and globally, badged as Renaults ), and with Fiat having confirmed that they're preparing a rival, budget brand, would a new ( budget brand Fiat based ) Plimouth work in the US?

The lower power, FWD versions are available with a stick. In Europe, of course.

Maybe now they're begining to have regrets about what they did to MG/Rover ( they're not ).

They're going to make those too.

I can totally believe Smart can increase it's sales by 15% in China, seeing as they have a couple of new models coming up, including a 4 seater. Oh, and because they sold a grand total of 15k units last year.

In Euro spec the 3s trunk space comes in at 350 liters seats up, while the Civic Wagon has 620 liters. Also, the Honda has those magic seats in the rear, that are really practical.

This one:

Also probably one of the few lambos that DO look good in white, imo.
