Because it’s not his tweeting that’s the issue; it’s the tweets that are addressed to him. If you checked your Twitter and all of your messages are wastes of space filled with hurtful stuff, why waste your time?

I just flashed to the motorcycle chase sequence in Age of Ultron. Natasha did so much in that sequence (drop from a Quinjet, race through traffic, scoop up Cap’s shield, toss it to him, and do all that stuff to get to Ultron’s truck), and I, as an audience member, did not question her ability to accomplish any of that

Here’s hoping no one gets sick (or worse) from her food. Otherwise, all her charitable intentions will not mean anything.

It's how I feel about Sarah Palin, the hottest grandma I know.

Like any organization or ideology, there is an establishment that feels continuously threatened when members are willing to say that the emperor has no clothes.

I did. I also read the part where you said it was healthy to disagree with you. Either you're encouraging the discourse, or you're being purposefully facetious.

Like with many things, I didn't know I was supposed to hate these people until Jezebel told me to.

I would caution against saying diversity is "cool" in and of itself. I have an unusual mix (Tunisian father, Filipina mother), and I've been told that's "cool," and at times followed up with a self-deprecating "I'm just boring white."

I like how people come to Jezebel to decide whether they're supposed to be mad about something or not. "Tell me how I'm supposed to feel about something, Jezebel commenters!"

excellent shoot. Glamorous women can be cis or trans. The hate displayed here is against glamor, and I get the feeling that these women are being shamed for participating in this shoot. There's always gonna be something to criticize where women are concerned...

Among the many things that suck about this retraction is that many people on this site are going to actually hope that the accusations are, in fact, true so as to justify their own pain and outrage, past or present.

What about "egalitarian?"

I have absolutely no desire to see this sequel to a terrible movie, said no one I want to be friends with.

Apparently, she did it for free, because she wanted to work with the photographer. That raises a lot more questions about self-esteem and what currency she really wanted to earn.

As long as we're all on the same page that condescending explanation on the false presumption of intellectual inequality due to gender is mansplaining, not simply condescending explanations in general. The latter gets conflated with mansplaining, and it takes all I have not to put #notallmen after I see such examples!

Which makes every Bachelorette a slutbag, I'm guessing.

While I don't disagree with what you wrote,"men...sometimes need some explaining done" is pretty much the definition of "womansplaining."

Can someone please explain to me how Iggy Azalea rapping is cultural appropriation, but the entire movie of The Commitments ("it's ride, Sally, ride" not "roide, Sally, roide") a tribute? Methinks it's just hip-hop getting a bad...well, rap.

That. Was awesome. You just made my month.
