The best way to keep a resolution is to take it one day at a time. Plan for the next week, not for the whole year.

Absolutely legal. To my knowledge, those games are old enough now to be considered in the public domain. As for that one comment that "Nintendo sells these on virtual console", that's completely inconsequential.
