The only metric by which a comedy should be judged is whether it makes you laugh, how frequently, and how hard. And there isn't a funnier show on TV right now, so I find it difficult to take reviews like this seriously. At its best, it's still funnier than 90% of other shows on TV and at its worst, it's still funnier

"In just two episodes, Agent Carter has more genuinely thrilling moments than the entire last season and a half of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D."

Rosa: But if Marcus wants my number, he can ask me for it.
Holt: But…who…will…tell…him…that?

They had a couple of hours, and yeah that's not a lot of time, but I thought of it straight away and I'm sure smarter people would have, too. It can shoot its spirit beam from a great distance but it didn't, it just strolled right up to the city and the whole army stood and watched it happen and then, when Kuvira said

Am I the only one that thought the decision to surrender was a bit dumb? In fact, the majority of the military response was stupid — such as lining up your army in front of the giant mech and opposing forces, just watching it come closer. You have an army of earthbenders! Vinegar dick.

I legit almost gasped when I saw that grade for this episode. You're out of your goddamn mind. That episode was hilarious - the only metric which matters for a comedy show.

Leslie Jones never fails to make me laugh, and is consistently the only funny element in Weekend Update.

Damn, I want to see Toph in action straight away, but I think you may be right.

Came here hoping for a shot from True Grit (the Coen Brothers remake), but no joy.

Haha, seriously though, I just meant the moment of clarification about GH-325 in this episode, when it all makes sense.

Dear Mr. Federal Law Enforcement Officer, no I have not contemplated harming other people with knives.

NOT THE BEARD!!

Definitely a top contender, at the very least.

HOT DAMN!

Every other writer on every other show can go the fuck home. This wins everything.

Captain Holt: "Nothing is okay. Wuntch, circling me like a shark frenzied by chum; the taskforce turning into a career-threatening quagmire; an internal affairs investigation casting doubt upon my integrity, and you ask, 'is everything okay?'

That Katt Williams impression was fucking perfect. Nothing else matters.
