So…. what's the difference between this and Thai Ice Tea? The leaves?

Roanoke was quite political too, and it was much better for it!
I'm guessing she watched the classic "I Was a Mermaid and Now I'm a Popstar" by Rachel Bloom back in 2011.
I wasn't even going to watch this show. Then I saw Netflix is having weekly episodes, and I couldn't help but watch the pilot. So hooked in just a few minutes! It's really much better than I thought it would be, feels like Veronica Mars, Buffy, Gossip Girl and Twin Peaks all rolled in to one damn good cherry pie.…
So, SexFrench was just a plot device for Noah to get back to "normal" and reconcile with Whitney? I kind of liked tortured drugged out Noah, it made me sympathise with him. Now that he's back to his old self, I'll go on hating him like usual.
I've thoroughly enjoyed the show since it's beginning. Sad to see it go, but excited to see what he comes up with next!
I also really enjoyed this at a film festival a couple of months ago. I just wish the plot had been a bit better and tighter, just like stated in this review. But I can't wait to see what this director comes up with next!
I just returned to "Research Me Obsessively" and have been listening to it non stop all day. It's so good!
Oh totally. There are so many things with Rebecca that I can definitely see in myself. I guess that's why she's so relatable, despite all the craziness.
Can we talk about how great that cardboard box was at playing the piano?
I liked the shredding scene.
They are both amazing right?!
I love that they did this and I'm hoping the series will be even stronger because of it.
Definitely! The show's biggest theme might actually be how tiny (not saying trying to kill yourself is tiny though) actions can change the lives of the people around you. It's quite interesting.
What is really fucked up about Noah stabbing himself and surviving is how much of a shitstorm he puts the other people in, just by doing that all alone in his shitty apartment.
YES! I'm totally getting into this idea more and more. It's about how they experience themselves, and about presentation of themselves. What comes with that is the idea that everyone else is a dick, because really, isn't that just like real life?
Oh you're totally right! And that didn't even cross my mind!
Agreed. I don't think they've done it before at all, I reacted to it as well. And I thought the scenes (both versions) were very important and goes to show not just how two people can experience an interaction so very differently, but also how they choose to remember it and present it to others. Because I'm getting…
I thought that all of his returns were totally on point and very musical-esque.
Karen is just about the funniest character on television at the moment.
