This guy wants way too much for a commercial truck you cant use as a commercial truck. Medium duty trucks of this vintage aren’t even worth this much equipped to make you more money.

The software in the F-35 has improved drastically over the past 2 years and is continuing to do so. This is why you have rookie 24 year old 1LT F-35 pilots taking out seasoned Colonels with over 20 years of flight experience in F-15s/16s.

It all depends on how you read the problem. It’s a tiny minority of drivers who drive distracted, (bluetooth earpiece on a conference call, rubbernecking, etc.), but nigh-on every driver drives over the speed limit.
