This happened to me Saturday when going to Costco. Person in BMW slows from 45 mph to 5 mph right in front of my 8,200 pound truck because they missed the off ramp.

Instead of statistics or data, this is a long winded opinion piece. While I usually enjoy Jason’s analysis this was lacking in every way.
Except high pressure fuel models
The abrams turbine engine was selected from a 30+ year total cost of ownership perspective. Over the long term it has less maintenance costs than a similar power diesel engine. The cost analysis showed fuel was higher but maintenance lower.... The added bonus of their turbine engine being able to burn gasoline,…

Very true. My postman and woman (Married and both post office contractors) are paid by contract. They provide their own vehicles which are jeep xj two doors. Bought a new factory order 2011 Ford F250 King Ranch. The saddle leather is open pore non-sealed so extremely susceptible to staining. It also has more cleaning and conditioning requirements. Beyond that... Every time I drive the truck it makes me smile. The interior still smells like fresh leather. The saddle leather…
yeah those nylon time chain gears look totally stout... blech
My 2011 F-250 6.7 liter diesel is quite heavy at 8,200 pounds (4x4, crew cab, camper shell). I always get over 20 MPG on the freeway. Now take an aluminum F150 with a 3 liter diesel, this is completely possible.
