They should have cashed in that gold to buy fertilizer for the spinach crops.

There was a computer-animated Popeye TV special in the early 2000s, written by Paul Reiser of all people. It was not good.

The town of Crystal City, Texas produces a lot of spinach, or did back in the day. During Popeye's heyday, they put a statue of him in front of their city hall to celebrate him for his contributions to spinach awareness. It is truly majestic.

I kept waiting for the show to be done with Logan so we wouldn't have to endure him anymore, but he stayed around forever. Ugh.

"Neither a borrower, nor a lender be! Do not forget, stay out of debt!"

It does. Crazy things happen all the time.

How about a new episode addressing the owl theory?

The currently published "chronological" order drives me crazy. The whole point of The Magician's Nephew is to make you go "Oh, so THAT'S where the lamppost came from!" and "Hmm, so that's how Narnia got started!" And beyond that, it's not as good as The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. When do the current

My problem with the pod race now is that it seems to last about an hour. Although I think maybe the version released on DVD was expanded from the theatrical release.

Oddly, this makes me want to watch The Phantom Menace.

Big Bird's granny can't be bothered to come help out or send money, but she does tell Big Bird that to rebuild his nest he needs to… (dramatic musical sting) LOOK FOR TWIGS.

I noticed that clock. Is it possible the original one was still in storage somewhere? It might have been easier to make a new replica than to hunt for a similar one.

Hey, my freshman health & wellness teacher showed us that movie too. What was it about that movie that was so healthy and well?

I don't know, but one of my favorite things about the show is how openly everyone hated Kimmy, at least at first.

Some say that late at night, you can still hear a ghostly Bullwinkle voice echoing throughout the house…

There was a huge marketing push when it came out on VHS, which as I recall was some years after the theatrical release. And they anticipated piracy and counterfeit copies, so on the official E.T. tapes, that doohickey that covers up the actual tape was green instead of black. I wondered how long it took for the

That it's another good comedy with characters who work for a big corporation.

It was ambitious, and it was pretty good. Its writers included Victor Fresco, satirizing huge corporations with WeSaySo way before Better Off Ted's Veridian Dynamics. It got a bit preachy in the later seasons, but it was never just puppets spouting catch phrases.

Hey, did you know Rick Moranis retired from acting to raise his kids?
