I don’t want to live in a world where SUVs are coupes and Vans are sedans. What’s next... the wagon?!?!

While I would love a revival of this type of racing class, what I really want is a historics race with all of these old race cars.
You sir, get a star for that.
Preach on! This is the truth.
I want an IS300 sportcross so badly, but those are very overpriced. Being said they are quite rare, so maybe the prices aren’t that crazy, I just find them hard to justify.
Definitely not a flop! This is the best thing Maserati has done in ... well a really long time.
I wouldn’t really consider the California a flop... I also am not quite sure I consider it a supercar, though I have done some supercar type speeds in one.
Or they were... Now that there’s a Jalop article pointing this out, I wonder how long that will last haha.
I’d imagine the financial costs are lower too... Look at the world of textiles, furniture, etc. Fabrics are generally lower in cost, I’m sure wool falls in there too.
Range Rover started offering wool seats in the Velar when it was released. I think this is a great idea that more manufacturers should go back to. I’d typically prefer a high quality fabric to the garbage leather or pleather you get in a lot of new cars.
Well, the graphics do look about the same as this configurator, so I’d say so.
I’m still of the mind that GM is fooling everyone, and while this new mid-engine car will be part of the Corvette ‘family’ it will not necessarily be the only Corvette. I still think they’ve got a new front engine Corvette on the way to coincide with the new mid-engine flagship.
This was exactly my thought too when I first saw this. The nose especially shares a very strong resemblance to the P4/5.
There is literally a wire that is cut / hooked up to enable a safety feature for remote start installation on manual vehicles. It makes it so the vehicle will only start when it has been parked in neutral and not in gear, and there are typically multiple safety backups to make sure this is the case.
People have been installing remote starts in cars with manuals for many many years... Just find a competent installer.
The 500 also has the worst seating position of any hatchback ever. It feels like you’re driving a crossover, yet you’re driving a pokey little Italian hatch.
Kristen, thank you for this article, it has to be one of my favourite reads on Jalop in some time. I have had it bookmarked to read since it went up and finally got around to it.
This looks like a great time!
The updates for this game are good, but do not remove the fact that the track selection is boring and the tuning / modding portion of the game is kind of a disgrace.
Ahh ok. As long as there is some wiper control on a stalk for the odd ‘I need my wipers right now’ then that’s not terrible.
