Yeah, I had no idea who Mr Beast was until I started seeing random ads a year or two ago about him giving away stuff or something. And of course, I thought it was just some scummy fraud advertising. Then later I saw other outlets doing stories about him and stuff.

Games are generally cheaper than they have ever been. In 2001, the standard retail price in the US for a new release game was $50. That would be like paying $83 for a game today.
